Terms and Conditions

1. About PipBlitz

PipBlitz is an ongoing educational and mentoring membership service for forex traders, operated by Balga Krisztián János e.v., registered seat at 2659 Érsekvadkert, Táncsics Mihály út 4., Hungary, tax number 92199514-1-32, registration number 62542861 (“PipBlitz”, “we”, “us”). By joining a PipBlitz membership, you (“member”, “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. The service

PipBlitz provides an ongoing mentoring and coaching membership delivered primarily through a private Discord community. Membership includes access to community discussion, Q&A, mentor feedback, and member sessions when scheduled. Supporting resources — including educational guides, a trade journal template, and a web application for backtesting and journaling — are included as part of an active membership to help members apply and review what is discussed in the community. These resources are not sold separately and are not the core service.

3. Membership plans

Basic and Premium are different levels of access to the same ongoing membership. Premium provides deeper access to community channels, mentoring, and member tools. Current plan details and pricing are shown on the Pricing section of our website.

4. Billing

Membership is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at signup) through our payment processor, Stripe. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through the self-service subscription management link shared in our Discord community, or by contacting us at info@pipblitz.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to member resources continues until then. We do not provide refunds for partial periods already paid.

6. No investment advice

PipBlitz does not provide personalized investment advice, financial recommendations, trade signals, or portfolio management. Content shared within the community — including strategies, frameworks, and mentor feedback — is educational and for discussion purposes only. Any trading decision you make, and its outcome, is solely your own responsibility.

7. Risk warning

Foreign exchange (forex) and leveraged trading products carry a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. No profit or performance outcome is guaranteed by membership.

8. No guaranteed availability

While PipBlitz maintains an active presence in the community, we do not guarantee specific response times, the availability of live sessions, or one-on-one mentor time. Community features and session availability may vary and may change over time.

9. Member conduct

Members are expected to engage respectfully with the mentor and other members. We reserve the right to remove access for members who violate community guidelines or misuse the service.

10. Changes to the service

We may update membership benefits, community structure, or included resources from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
